Applications: sodium pgrosulfite is widely used in tanning, fabrics and bleaching organics, as dye mordant in printing and dyeing, for preserving foods, brewery, sterilization and rot-proof agent. It is also used in organic composition (manufacture of hydantoinate) and photography (as reducing agent). It can be used as rubber coagulator and spice.
